Please check the mobile phone number you registered.
If you have checked your phone number and still cannot receive SMS, the following may be the cause.
■You are using a low-cost SIM.
There are two main types of SIM: "Data SIM" and "Voice-enabled SIM".
If you are using a "Data SIM", you may not be able to receive SMS.
*If you have a Rakuten Mobile SIM, you may be able to receive SMS by logging out of Rakuten LINK and logging back in.
■There is a problem with your communication environment.
You will not be able to receive SMS if you are in airplane mode or out of range.
*This may be resolved by restarting your device or reinserting the SIM card.
■Your mobile carrier has set restrictions on SMS reception (rejection of reception or international SMS rejection).
If your spam prevention settings are set to "Do not receive SMS", you will not receive SMS.
Please contact your carrier for information on how to remove reception restrictions.
■There is little free memory space on your device.
Deleting cache data and unnecessary apps may resolve the issue.
