Please click the (三) button on the top left corner of the "MYAKU-PO!"app's home screen and check the transaction results of the points exchange from the menu bar 'Usage History'.
※ When the exchange is completed, you will be notified via the notification bell icon on the top right corner.
If several days have passed since the completion of the application and the exchange has not been processed, please check your membership number and nickname in advance and contact us.
