If you receive the email "[Myaku-pe] Notification of insufficient balance (please top up your balance)", please follow the steps below to check.
1. In rare cases, the amount paid when using Visa payment may not match the actual payment amount.
If the amount at the time of use is smaller and the balance is insufficient, we will send you a notification email.
2. Please charge the amount that is greater than the amount that is insufficient. This allows our bank to make advance payments and eliminate any balance shortages.
3. Please note that the payment process may take several days.
4. Once the charging procedure is complete, you will receive a notification from our bank to your registered email address. Then check to see if the issue is resolved.
