Kindly follow the following procedures.
■If you have your phone changed while the phone number remains:
No transfer procedure is needed, but please keep your emain address and password for EXPO2025 Digital Wallet.
1. Install the app "MYAKU-PO!" to your new device.
2. Login using the new device (Input both the email address and password for EXPO2050 Digital Wallet → SMS authentication).
■If you have both your phone and phone number changed at the same time:
1. Install the app to your new phone
2. Login to the new device with the SIM of the old phone number (Login EXPO2025 digital wallet with email address and password → SMS authentication with the old SIM)
3. Replace the SIM with the new phone number SIM
4. Click on the (三) at the upper left corner of the home screen of the application, and select "Change Member Information" under your membership number (PIN code authentication → SMS authentication with the new SIM).
