There are three possible cases where the email may not be received.
1. If there is a mistake in the email address entered during registration,
Please re-register with the correct information and complete the authentication.
2. If your email service has a spam prevention function,
The email may have been automatically sorted or deleted. Please check folders such as "spam," "trash," or "deleted items" in your email service.
3. If you have not completed confirmation of receipt of your registered email address,
After initial registration, a verification email is sent to the registered email address for identity confirmation. The verification code is valid for 10 minutes. If the verification is not completed within 10 minutes, the "verification code" will become invalid. If it becomes invalid, enter the registered email address and password to log in again, and a new verification code will be resent to the registered email address.
※ How to re-register email address: Open the app's menu bar, tap the account icon, and the profile screen will be displayed. Tap the email address to change it.
